Valentine’s Night and RAIN….

Well, hello folks!!! Are you surviving the rain ?Hope you don’t have the floods.I feel for those people who are trying to cope with the floods.Having to evacuate their cattle, sheep and other stock to safe places. And their homes…flooded..Well,at least here, at the Secret, we are at the top of the hill and water runs away from us. But the wind is a bit problematic, with tiles being blown off and signs being broken or blown down. Thank heavens for Ben
But looking forward…Easter is just around the corner and Spring is nipping at it’s heels.
Lots of things happening.May Day Bank holiday, the Derbyshire Arts weekend is in May also, and then the season really kicks in. Well-dressings, Horse Trials at Chatsworth, Bakewell Carnival and Show, the Cycling Tour through Bakewell, Buxton Arts and Music Festival, Ashbourne Highland Gathering, the YNot Music festival. So much to see and do, and when you have finished your site-seeing or your walking, or your visits to grand houses, then come and relax in your own private oasis, the Secret @ Peak Serenity.
Early Bird discount available if booked by end of March.
Have a great time and stay DRY!!!

Bye for now ,Christine
